Together with my schoolmate Felix and my cousin Philip I spent some marvelous 72 hours in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev. It was only the fourth flight flown by Germanwings. I guess that‘s why it was that cheap.
This city really struck me at the instant. I never expected to see Europe from this perspective.
We discovered nice churches and monuments bigger that the Statue of Liberty. But for some time, it‘s our friend Olga – yes, that‘s her name – who guided us to hidden secrets!
Too bad, we hadn‘t had enough time to explore Tschernobyl and its surroundings and other parts of the Ukraine. Anyways, next time!
